Zen Shiatsu is a healing art that incorporates the theory and philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the beginners mind of Zen Buddhism. Zen Shiatsu starts with an open heart and a desire to help alleviate suffering. A simple, structured technique, and a strong connection can have a deeply healing result. The student and therapist learn to help others through connection and touch and in so doing help themselves and all beings. Zen Shiatsu heals through simple, effective technique and compassionate, aware touch. This is cultivated though diligent practice. |
