Founder and principal Sarah is a highly experienced Shiatsu therapist and instructor and is committed to promoting and teaching health enhancing techniques that originate in the East, and that focus on the integration of mind, body and spirit. She has been involved in Shiatsu since 1985, teaching in the capacity of principal since 1992.
